While there is no known footage from any Pacific Coast Hockey Association match, members of the Vancouver Millionaires appear in uniform in a 1921 newsreel clip, posted on YouTube in 2015 by Library and Archives Canada.
Titled “Capital Citizens Honor Their World’s Champion Hockey Team,” the silent footage, which runs a little more than a minute, shows hockey fans waiting for the Ottawa Senators at the Union Station after they beat Vancouver three games to two in a best-of-five series to hang on to the Stanley Cup.
The nattily attired Senators appear at the 0:35 mark, but I’ve cued the video below to the 1:07 mark, where the camera pans across to show the Millionaires standing in front of the Denman Arena.
They are, in order of appearance from the right, with a few tentative identifications:
1. Unknown
2. Cyclone Taylor
3. Art Duncan (?)
4. Bill Adams (?)
5. Lloyd Cook
6. Hugh Lehman
7. Smokey Harris
8. Mickey MacKay
9. Jack Adams (?)
10. Syd Desireau
